she has slept with guys she met the same day quite a few times, hooks up with them on these internet dating sites and such...

and then she comes and tells me how her life is fucked up, how she doesn't know what to do with guys, how she wants a boyfriend to take care of her but she's afraid of relationships...

I can't really judge, since I Don't know what is going through her head...

nah, not allways the case. Parents are probably fucked up in some way, shape or form. Possibly molested while younger, or is missing a father or mother figure in her life.
