Whats your favourite "comfort" food?
 

My favourite comfort food is roast chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy. I makes me feel warm and toasty inside. :2 cents:

Chinese food........ and if I can't get to that, then it is noodles.... any kind, plain with just butter, tomatoes, broth...... anything in the lines of pasta.

Nothing beats a pot of pinto beans and rice over cornbread. I don't have that often, but it's my favorite comfort food.

Chicken and dumplings come in a close second.

THEN we come to chocolate. :)

Mine varies depending on my mood but tends to be starchy...

Most any kind of beans slow cooked in crock pot with onions garlic & spices over rice.

Pasta, most any kind served most any way. Least favorite though is with traditional red sauce.

Clam chowder, New England style.

Papa John's cajun boiled peanuts (in crock pots at convenience stores).

Taco Bell bean burrito add sour cream, plenty of mild sauce

Sea fruits do the job
