There's only 1 screw -- just pop in the new HD. HD is the panel with the infrared port on it. Can't miss it.

thanks..
Some guy's selling it for $600. PIII 300MHZ 64MB but only 2gigs. |
I have a Dell Latitude Cpi myself, P2 300mhz, 64 mb ram, 6.4 gb hd. I am thinking about putting more ram and hd in it, and both are easy as hell to replace. You only have to remove one screw in the bottom. Go for it. It's a great notebook.

Hmmmm. The memory may be a deal killer...it depends on what apps you are thinking of running on it and which OS. Win 2K is a memory hog.
I tried Win98 on 64MB RAM ... not exactly a smooth experience. Quote:
