What makes them a "qualified" referral

Usually it's a sale. Check the terms though as it probably says somewhere. With some programs paying a flat rate it's more than one sale.

My memory is hazy these days but used to be something like 5 sales for referral payouts that high. Nice if he sends them then. Pays for a good meal or two.
