I have tried UNSUCCESSFULLY for all my domain names to move them to VERIO/ISERVER ... but on the major ones ... it's a constant FUCKING BATTLE ...that i undertake every six months.

Like why the fuck won't NETWORK SOLUTIONS UPDATE MY REGISTREE INFORMATION ADDRESS ON A PRIMARY DOMAIN I OWN ....I have no fucking clue on.

In fact as soon as the whole InterNic monopoly collapsed ... and I requested the transfer of my "registrar" to Verio/Iserver ... like two days after the official date - they didn't know how to handle the request.

FYI

What did GoDaddy do to you last year?

Newton - XXXAmigoz 10-16-2004 11:50 AM

Directnic :thumbsup

Nylz 10-16-2004 11:50 AM

directnic.com

don't know why, was recommended by someone, and I'd surely recommend it to anyone else :)

Agreed. A little pricey compared to other sites but reliable.

woj 10-16-2004 11:54 AM

some dipshit was spamming using @juicylinks.com as return address........... so the idiots at godaddy cant even read headers or anything.......So i called those dipshits , the tech guys was cluless I told him you dont even check the email headers on complaints??

They changed dns on me... extorted 50 bucks from me to release it.......... I moved evrything over after that.

On the phone they were GRADE A MORONS

Tipsy 10-16-2004 11:57 AM

Directnic for the most part because my business is worth a few extra bucks to me.

If something goes wrong they don't like to answer e-mails.

Dotregistrar, Domainsite, Registerfly, Directnic, Dotster , EV1, eNom etc. etc.

{fusion} 10-16-2004 12:02 PM

registerfly, good support, can hide whois if needed with protect fly. have few good payment options, rapid DNS so you can have domains up in 10 minutes.

they also lock domains so cant be hijacked.

i have 50 domains with directnic, but am slowly moving them over to registerfly as they expire.

frank7799 10-16-2004 12:28 PM

http://www.sitelutions.com

Never had any problems there. Good technical support, not the cheapest, though.

Steen2 10-16-2004 12:29 PM

Moniker or eNom
