ICQ Expolit?
 

I was chatting with somebody the other night and they told me something strange happened as we were chatting - another ICQ window opened up, there was foreign text and a link - and the person's screename was in the contact list, a Russian name.

same thingjust happened to me a few minutes ago, ICQ chat window popped with Russian text - and somehow he was already in my authorized contact list.

Any settings in ICQ Lite that I can change to make it more secure? When a virus took down my machine a few months ago the guy who repaired it told me ICQ was an open door to these little hacking bastards.
