 Sometimes support sucks big time 
		
		
		I have a ded server at a very big hosting company and the server has been unstable for the last couple of days. Everytime it when down i got a mail and then i had to request a reboot ticket. 
	So i send a support ticket and got a reply that everything seems to running. Then i called them and told them i dont care how much it cost, it just has to be stable. Then they tried some things on the server and it worked nicely, for 8 hours then it ws down again!:feels-hot So i just send a ticket more: Please look at XXXXXXXX. That was yesterday, now the server has been down for at least 4 hour and this time i dont get any emails on problems. As i told the supporter yesterday, i dont care if it cost me money for me to get you guys to secure the server is up, becouse i have no idea on how a server works, just get it up and running. I will request a reboot right after i have submitted this ticket. Please use the needed time to get the server up And the reply: i am currently able to ping your server and access via SSH. Also, I tested a few of your domains and was able to browse to all that I tested without issue. Please let us know if you are still having an issue. WTF do i have to write to get the support to understand i want a stable server and i dont care if it going to cost, i just want a stable server?  |
