Sorry to tell you but under most circumstances it will be illegal for you to do that. How much are you looking to raise from the sale as I can probably give you some advice.

You can't advertise to selll shares to the general public only to someone you have an existing relationship with like friends, family business associates.

IMHO lot's of people are doing it, e.g. ppl who sell their stocks outside of the stock exchange and get like 10%-20% more then the actual stock price

good start its more simple then most make it, everyday thousands of small business release a provate placement to sell shares.

What businesses are in your corp? and whats the par value of each share? are you looking for investors?
