you dont have to 21 to get in, just 21 to drink... pretty big venue... i went last year, it was a nice experience... try all these new beers and german music and what-have-you :thumbsup

Octoberfest at Alpine Village is pretty fun. . . haven't done that in about 10 years

Magic Castle is (was anyway) a private club . . . have to be or know a magician to get in. Have magicians wandering from table to table, have a tour, and a magic show . . . haven't been there in 7/8 years so details are a little foggy.

I do remember a piano with a ghost, that if you bought it drinks it would play any song you could think of

Yes! Yamashiro is an excellent restaurant... but it's Japanese.. NOT Chinese. Great place for sushi and very much on the pricey side. Excellent place to take a date.

There's a great restaurant on Robertson in West Hollywood called Pearl. I'm sure if you go there for dinner, you'll have no problem getting into the club for drinks after... Last time I was there the female to male ratio was like 3:1.

Yes, West Hollywood is a great place to meet hot girls because of obvious reasons. Hell, when I cut through the city to avoid the freeways I often stop at a Trader Joes to do my shopping because it is a great place to meet hot chicks who only have gay guys to hang around with all day.
