Seeking EXPERT MySQL consultant immediately for quick contract
 

I already have a few contacts, but while waiting on their quotes, I'm looking for someone to do the following:

Take our new DB structure and analyze it.

Enhance, optimize, modify it so that it is as normalized and efficient as possible, keeping in mind it is for MySQL 4.1 (in other words if there are features you can take advantage of, do it).

There are 102 tables, though half fo those are small 2-column tables.

You should also enhance the indexes I created, changing them to foreign keys or constraints as necessary.

You must be an SQL guru, not someone who has just used mysql before. You must be available to work on this starting immediately. You should have worked with MySQL on DB-heavy, high-traffic sites before.

php also? if you change the structure, you will need to change how its read also

4 million members in our DB, so lots of records =)...Current DB size is about 7.8 gigs

We are re-coding the new version of our site, so code will be changed to go along with the new DB structure
