Lost a bid on a house
Well, last night I had a bid on a house, 1 house away from Greenlake. My bid was set up to beat the highest bidder by 5k up to 445.
Unfortunatly, someone else got it, which kinda pisses me off. Anyone familiar with Seattle knows that the housing market right now is sick. Essentially any house worth it goes into a bidding war, which kinda sucks. The house also, which I found out yesterday, has asbestos lining the old furnace ducts downstairs. I checked, and it seems that to have asbestos removed costs a pretty penny. Ah well, those fuckers can keep there asbetos house, though I wanted it!!! |
Time to check out what Ballard has to offer. :helpme

Sorry to hear that.
SOmething like that happened to us with a piece of property here in Baja. Then the seller backed out on the other guy also. So I dont feel so bad. The property is still sitting and for sale. Try again, I think you will find something that you like much better. We Did. |
Yeah, back to hittin the listings again.
And ballard is ok, I haven't seen anything up there that is just killer, but were still looking. Something will come along I know it. |
I lived in Magnolia for a long time. Discovery Park is there and hardly anyone goes there. Great place to run, walk, or take your dogs.
Problem is you can't get DSL there yet!. You gota use cable but that works pretty good as well. |

But yeah, discovery park is nice, I like to head over there and get high some times. Fun place to just walk around. |
