My idea for reality show

12 people who need a life saving operation, fight it out to show why they should have it.

This includes taking part in dangerous sports, where people will be killed.

In one episode they have to go to Iraq, and see is they can talk there way out of being excicuted.


At the end of each show you have someone like Trump who decides who stays and who goes.

The final person gets the operation.

Too late.

They already have that on channel 5...
