Terra.es, accounts are finally being closed
 

It's happening NOW, they are finally closing accounts. A while back there was some confusion about 404 pages - afterall, 404 errors happen on ALL hosts. They have now changed the signup procedure, making it even more complex - it is clear that they don't want porn on their servers anymore (if they ever wanted it in the first place).

I'm 100% sure now that terra are finally deleting accounts. I used them a while back on personal4 and all my old accounts are gone, deleted. I've spoken with a number people today on ICQ whose newer accounts have been deleted. A number of galleries on large tgps are going 404.

So it's happening - the end of Terra! For those still using them, it certainly isn't worth the risk. Two random links, this didn't take much researching -

Seriously, its about time. If any webmasters here have pages hosted there, email the link lists you posted the galleries' URL to, ... you don't want to get blacklisted by TGPs for having a 404 page.

I sure hope so! These webmasters have nothing to lose on these accounts. Therefor give too much pussy away to get on the big sites like the hun and worldsex and those two just love galleries that there surfers can jack off to.

I have about 50 accounts with them (not ashamed to admit it either) and this is at least the 3rd or 4th time I had some close down. It happens... no need to panic. As for the argument that when they close, everyone who uses them will be fucked... well, that's ignorant too. Actually, the people who use them exclusively are the ignorant ones. One more quick note to pimplink - do you really think that a webmaster who lists terra galleries would blacklist someone for submitting one and have it go 404. The big boys know how the game is played.

i have a terra program that automatically signs up for as many accounts as you want . so i have hundreds and NONE of them are not working . But i havent posted any to TGP's recently so maybe terra are just watching thehun and closing all the accounts they find

i checked most of the terra account galleries on the larger TGP's and they're all working fine

I had a gallery listed on thehun about 5 days ago from terra and my terra account was shut down within hours of the hun listing. I only had the terra account for about 2 weeks - it was a personal7 account!

I started declining them on my tgp a few weeks ago, it seems hypocritical of me to pay for my own bandwidth, then allow galleries from a host who clearly does not allow porn on their pages (at least in their rules, if you take te time to translate them.) Plus a lot of webmasters who use them seem to "bend" the rules at times

Most tgps and links sites do not accept geocities and tripod, so why accept terra? Terra is either too busy or dumb to check all the applications, clearly not experienced with porn webmaster's agressiveness

I think its the people that run the tgp's stick there own galleries on terra then post them on there tgp's. have you ever went to a tgp to see what freehost they accept seen like smutserver listed so you get a smutserver account and post and there script says that domain is banned. how are the smutserver pages up then. lol

Hahaha, I remember that Hun went crazy posting their galleries... but they eventually ended up on the blacklist of many tgps. How long ago was that, really?
