Whacky Cheny Daughter Fiasco
 

So whats your take on it?
My take is firstly that the bush campaign really has nothing of substance to run on, so we see distraction after distraction.

Particularly disturbing is that while the Cheney's are out complaining about Kerry saying his daughters name, the RNC is putting out flyers in the south. Featured on the flyers is a gay couple, with text about gay marriage next to a picture of a Bible with the words "Banned" across it.

So on the one hand they're hitting the mainstream air with indignation, while slipping anti-gay propoganda flyers under the media radar.

Even more disturbing is that this same thing happened when Bush ran for governor of Texas when he smeared ann richards about hiring a homosexual. Flyers were used then as well, featuring two men kissing and text about liberals pushing a gay agenda. (bush also ran on an agenda that juvenile crime was rampant, when actual figures showed juvenile crime was down from previous years)
