What does everyone think of CCBill?

I am planning on going through CCBill for my first pay site.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?
Good move?
Bad Move?

Why?

I'd appreciate any advice.

Thanks

I've been with them for 4 years. They're pretty dependable and I like their 24/7 tech support. Their interface is a little slow and they don't do tangible goods like DVD or video sales. Other than that, they're fine.

If CCBill collapses, so will half of the adult industry. :2 cents:

We've been using CCBill for over 6 years. They are reliable, and tech support has always been good.

5.5 years with CCBill and can say they're the best on all fronts.. From getting a new pay site going to their support and specially their accts. dept who I contact at the last minute for payments .. And they never let me down.

Long may they reign...

Are they still charging the 750 to get setup with Visa?

I have 1:200 days for a few days in a row, then I'll have 1 or 2 days of being 1:1500. Always like that. Pretty good though, checks always show up

Only if you need to comply with VISA US rules - ie you are operating within the US.

CCBill are OK... agree with the other posts re the service etc.

As always, *any* company has only one way to go - that is downwards.

So, it may be a clue to spread processors in the event of a problem.

We should have learned that lesson by now?? :glugglug

CCBILL US yes, but Epoch did waive the fee a little while ago/

I've been CCBill for about five years. They are local to us, and I see most of their crew on a regular basis. They are top notch, and working to ensure they will continue to be so in the future.

they have been processing for us for about 6 years. The CS is the best, the sales people are the best, and the tech staff, is the best.

The others are just for back up.
