the elusive Geo-ip database

i've been looking for one, so far i can only seem to find 2 decent ones with google, both are kinda expensive, anyone have any suggestions for good & cheap or good & free (even better). Even if it's not free or cheap, if it's not from MaxMind or IP2Location, post it here.

i have, didn't find much, most things seem to use maxminds or ip-to-countries, any suggestions?
