you should include your contact info or a link on the bottom of the page so that webmasters, content providers and sponsor programs can ask you to remove all the unlicensed content on your site.

considering i approve all the content on my site we dont have to worrie about that we have some partners who have posted pictures and what not so i control whats up.....

do you see a picture that is on there thats not saposed to be because pictures get submitted every day..... i do view all of them but some may slip through ... so bump me a link of any that u think are yours... and we can compare the notes

none are mine. but i did see an image with a perfection girls URL on it. i also saw tons of pictures that seem a little too professional to be pictures taken by a college girl's boyfriend with a 1 mpx digicam.

you can't tell me you honestly believe all the pictures you have on your site were actually submitted by either the girl in the pic or someone licensed to distribute those pics.

you should change the title of the page to some thing more sentance based ect.

the word college ect so many times you will get blacklisted from most search engines as the filters can pick this type of over spam method really easy.

i'm willing to bet that out of those 9, at least 7 qualify as unlicensed/stolen content.

If that's the case, that explains the handful of Perfection Girls pics on the site. But what about the others I just posted?

If someone submits a picture that they don't own the rights to, you must delete it or get sued. These people posting here aren't "hating" on you or your site, they're just looking out for you.

BTW, I don't think you're going to get any large trades with only 4k.

Your best bet is to add a link to the front page where people can contact you to have thier stuff removed, It would be the best way to cover your ass and keep things on the up and up...

Actually, his best bet would be to stop stealing content.

He should do like Rate My Rack and require all submitters to hold up a sign with his site's name.

But he's already made it obvious that he has no intentions of doing anything of the sort. He's content with stealing content, and if you disagree with his ways, you're hating on a "good" site.

Jesus..... its not stolen content and only ONE of the 9 links you posted we not one of my pics. We did a little traffic deal since his site fits the type of traffic my site likes.

If you would.. notice the four links on the right side of his site linking back to four of our solo sites.

I wanted the traffic and he needed the pics to fuel his site. Its a help to him and me.

You guys are in so much of a hurry to lynch a guy who is just trying to get going its not even funny.

He is totally on the up and up and never once used a pic that I did not give him... I beleive I have given him 13 to date. If he did that with me I have every reason to beleive he has contacted and was on the up and up with the others.

There are more than 13 pictures on the site, Jeff. There's a total of 43.

Although your business deal with him is none of my business, I don't see your URL anywhere on his site except for on two pictures.

If I look through just the top 20 pictures, I see only 4 that were possibly submitted by real girls. Two more are of Kinky Kerri. That leaves 14 pics in just the top 20. Of that, a max of 13 are yours.

Either you gave him more than 13 pictures, or he's stealing content from others as well.

psyko514, my links are number 8,9 & 10 from the bottom in the red area on the far right. Its sending some decent traffic and Im happy with it.

As for who is submitting pics... does it really matter? Dating sites do it ALL THE TIME. His goal is to grab traffic and get the site rolling. Having pics that gets peoples attention does just that. He put a deal together to help himself along and get ahead of the game... seems like a smart move to me. At least he ask. I cant tell you how may dating sites I have run into with my girls used as "content" for their sites.

I gave him 13 pics so far. But here is where i take issue with what you said. You accuse him a stealing, even after I came in here tell you the guy contacted me and put a deal together for the pics. Chances are really high that if he took the time to contact me, he took the time to contact the others in question.

I dont know how many pics he has on his site. All I know is that I have submited 13 so far and I plan on giving him more.

Just a thought... why not contact the other sponsors in question and ask them if he stole the content or they have a deal also. Before you nail this guy and call him a thief, get some more info. Thats all I am saying.

I gave my account on how i was treated and that he was upfront and honest. Also a good Prosecuter (that being you) gathers evidence and interviews possible victems before bring charges. I'm not trying to get the guy in trouble. I'm not trying to get his site shut down and I'm not trying to get a load of C&D letters sent to him. That's why I didn't contact to people who's content may have been stolen.

His site is dangerous to him. The whole unlicensed content thing is pretty tricky. Say all the pictures on his site were indeed actual girls and not content models. Who's to say they're all of age? Who's to say they all authorized their pictures to be posted? He said it best: "having a license would be very deficult" (sic).

There's probably a good reason why he said that, then disappeared from this thread and started another.
