Questions about the Paycom/Epoch Agreement.

Has anyone who has read this and signed it have any advice on what to watch for? Anything funny in here? It's 40 pages long and I want to know if anyone who has been through it has any advice on what to keep an eye on.

I went over it last week. Didn't notice anything out of the ordinary.

Apart from the 14% but thats only to be expected as they are waiving the Visa fees.
