IE... I switched from Netscape when IE4 was launched and only use other browsers to check if our sites look OK.

Never had a virus or trojan on my PC :)

Netscape (7.2) is my alternate browser next to Firefox. Been using Netscape more than a year now and works way better than IE.

LOL - I can't put in every browser in the poll, you just go ahead and use "other" - I made that especially for you :1orglaugh

You can that with opera, since you have the option of making the browser identifying itself as another version or make...

polish_aristocrat 10-14-2004 08:31 AM

IE - I never used any other browser.

But then again, I am almost computer illiterate :1orglaugh :helpme

IMHO Netscape is too slow...

That doesn't make Opera to display the pages like in IE though.

johnbosh 10-14-2004 08:33 AM

firefox now

Tom_PMs 10-14-2004 08:40 AM

I use MSIE because I like to primarily see what 90% of my surfers see by default :) However I check most of my more complicated pages in other browsers to be sure they dont break.

KRL 10-14-2004 08:42 AM

Opera and Firefox mostly, and IE only on some sites that require activex.

Netscape 6 and 7+ are just Mozilla with a skin and AOL crap added. But it's essentially Mozilla code doing the browsing.

80smetal 10-14-2004 08:49 AM

been using firefox, sometimes slow as hell. Opera crashes too frequently.

Lonny 10-14-2004 08:51 AM

firefox.

jovigirl 10-14-2004 08:59 AM

firefox
Only have some problems with it eventually on some https sites then I switch to IE

IE freezes all the time because I have over 10,000 fonts installed

Vitasoy 10-14-2004 09:01 AM

Firefox and ie, I also use opera.

Furious_Male 10-14-2004 09:02 AM

IE 6.0 at the moment because most of my traffic is using it as well. I prefer to see what they are seeing and havent had the urge to try anything else yet.

I may try firefox on my lap top for surfing and such.

Tipsy 10-14-2004 09:31 AM

Never had any problems with IE until...the last couple of updates and now it's soooo fucking slow.

The problem is it has a few tools that I need so I keep it for work stuff. On the very rare times I surf for fun then firefox beats it hands down. IE has become a bloated heap of shit.

TheJimmy 10-14-2004 09:36 AM

Mozilla 1.7.3

thanks for asking...

Haven't had opera crash on me at all - but I thought it was time for at change, and after the "firefox release" thread, I thought what the hell...
So that's what I'm using right now, since IE (unfortunately) is the only one using ActiveX..... :(

Fabuleux 10-14-2004 10:40 AM

Firefox, and I use IE to verify the HTML I coded looks the same in both browsers :glugglug

Platinumpimp 10-14-2004 10:44 AM

IE all the way

Sebo de Macho 10-14-2004 12:35 PM
