Payout & VISA Processing Update

Past-due payouts will begin being paid to our clients over the course of the next 10-15 business days. The delays this week were related to our ongoing efforts to resume our domestic VISA processing. wasn't worried about it cause all the ibill sites i've promoted have since went on to ccbill but i still get rebills for teenflood's ibill account
