I am wondering if it is a good enough of a program to give to newbies in the industry instead of spending valuable employee's time to teach newbies.

Sorry, but why would you want to teach newbies in the first place? I taught everything myself. If you don't make it on your own, you don't deserve it.

I was not talking about baby-sitting them, I was just asking about this program so that I could have given them direction.

Oh I don't think Morgan is involved with it anymore, but Phil still runs the ship.
