the hun tgp problems...

Anyone having problems surfing http://thehun.net it keeps giving me a login for free6.se or something like that. Last week it gave me a security ceritificate warning. Appreciate the help in advance.

Regards,

Teddy

Ya man your right i got a pop up as well to enter a password very odd !

Steen2 10-14-2004 12:08 AM

I *think* he's trying to crash someone's server. not sure though.

Drake 10-14-2004 12:10 AM

I'm getting it too. Strange. Could be from one of the banner advertisers because the advertiser hosts the banners that are featured on thehun. If they've put it behind htaccess that could cause it I think.

quiet 10-14-2004 12:12 AM

he's in the middle of a little img src war right now. which is causing some problems for him.

i'm number 2 on the hun right now, but i don't mind :)

I can not help but wonder though...

Fake Nick 10-14-2004 04:21 AM

well, who ever owns that .se domain got a lot of FREE advertising for fuckin over thehun

design 10-14-2004 04:21 AM

Teddy, I have the same prob on sites of almost every big guy. It appears there is spyware which is not possible to catch yet, which opens free6.se every time you enter large tgp/link sites.

More Booze 10-14-2004 04:38 AM

isnt free6.com and free6.se the same page/owner?

Free6 is a huge TGP.

Alexa: Traffic Rank for free6.com: 1,604
Alexa: Traffic Rank for thehun.net: 1,200

This might be interesting :)

Are those links dynamic? Youre #1 here.

var z=new Image();z.src='http://www.thehun.com.cn/';
var y=new Image();y.src='http://free6.se/';
var x=new Image();x.src='http://free6.se/category.aspx?cat=2&type=1';

beemk 10-14-2004 05:03 AM

i dont know if its just me quiet, but looks like your link code is going to some kind of domain name parking page.

SomeCreep 10-14-2004 05:03 AM

I imagine thehun's going to get quite a few emails from surfers.

Basic_man 10-14-2004 06:09 AM

I can't load thehun.net right now

NoCarrier 10-14-2004 06:10 AM

People who bought gallery spots must find it funny.

:glugglug

More Booze 10-14-2004 06:12 AM

its still up and running for me

Trixxxia 10-14-2004 06:15 AM

From here it loads fast (with a /?c=CA after the domain name)
& then there's a login prompt: snyggast-front connecting to free6.se.

& quiet, you're first for me too (BTW, I hope you got the info I sent you two days ago)

mn 10-14-2004 07:12 AM

Hmmm

Im 99,99% sure free6.se is NOT the same owner as free6.com.

thehun.net is not loading for me, and www.thehun.net gives the login prompt.

Pornopat 10-14-2004 07:48 AM

Looks like the free6.se server crashed now:

Server Error in '/' Application.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Runtime Error
Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

<configuration>
<system.web>
<customErrors mode="Off"/>
</system.web>
</configuration>

Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

<configuration>
<system.web>
<customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="mycustompage.htm"/>
</system.web>
</configuration>
