Watch the Debate and TAKE Action!!!

Tonight is the final debate between John Kerry and George W. Bush, the one where the post-debate spin will solidify and last until Election Day. If you have not taken action before, now is the time to do it!

There are critical things you can do after tonight's final debate.

1. Forward this info to family, coworkers, and friends.
2. Vote in online polls.
3. Call radio and television stations.

*** Vote in Online Polls ***

National and local news organizations will be conducting online polls during and after the debate asking for readers' opinions. Look for online polls at these news websites, and make sure to vote in every one of them:

> * CBS: http://www.cbsnews.com/
> * CNN: http://www.cnn.com/
> * Fox News: http://www.foxnews.com/
> * MSNBC: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/
> * Wall Street Journal: http://www.wsj.com/
> * Akron Beacon-Journal: http://www.ohio.com/
> * Atlanta Journal-Constitution: http://www.ajc.com/
> * Detroit News: http://www.detnews.com/
> * Los Angeles Times: http://www.latimes.com/
> * Minneapolis-St. Paul Star-Tribune: http://www.startribune.com/
> * Orlando Sentinel: http://www.orlandosentinel.com/
> * Philadelphia Inquirer: http://www.philly.com/
> * South Florida Sun-Sentinel: http://www.sun-sentinel.com/

And be sure to check the websites of your local newspapers and TV stations for online polls. It is crucial that you do this in the minutes immediate following the debate.

If you visit chat rooms on AOL, MSN, Yahoo, or other
websites, be sure to let people know what you thought of the debate.

*** Call Radio and TV Stations ***

TV and radio coverage immediately following the debate is where much of the spin is cemented. Make sure you call radio and TV stations to tell them what you thought.

Incredible post & information Danielle..

I will use these leads to enter every poll I can find.

Even though I live in California, which essentially guarantees a democratic vote, it's still important to play a part in impacting the outcome of the many republican states.

Great information!

Thanks for taking the time to post this!

So basically, you're going to have a load of polls which say Kerry won 92% of the votes for the debates. Then Bush will win the election and you will cry. Then like a bad loser you will say that Bush stole the election. Then you will call him Hitler and draw a picture of him with a monkey face. Then you will lie down naked in the middle of the street and wonder why you got arrested. Then you will spend the next four years moaning and damaging your country's image by hating your fairly elected president.

Bush is shit but Kerry is even worse.

So vote Bush :2 cents:

Okay, I guess I am too old . . . just what exactly is the point of voting in a poll? I thought the election was Nov 3, and that was the only poll that matters

Probono 10-13-2004 05:54 PM

Arizona has early mail in voting so I just did my thing.
