They are not creative at all, they can only copy other designs.

and they do it very poorly at that.

Of course that isn't to say they don't do good work, I have no experience in that.. But I generally don't use outsourcing for a multitude of reasons. They might be great for you. *shrug*

macker please dont take this as a insult... but i can personally say i saw a conversation between fris and one of your sales reps... you seemed like a very decent guy when we chatted for a bit during the dollars demo but there are 2 sides to the story mate...

my :2 cents: is Macker is a very good guy and goes out of his way to make sure things are done right.

like i said i have nothing against him and heard some great things about him... but his sales reps and so forth also represent him indirectly.... dunno maybe im wrong here but its just my view on it..

Designers from xxxoutsourcing were great when I used them. A lot of the work was well beyond some normal designers here. I don't get all the shit talk really because they told me up front if I didn't like the designer they would give me a new one or a refund. First one was perfect though.

well if i had a staff member who represented my company the way they approached the situation with fris that i was present for then that person would be no longer welcome to work for me..

many people forget even if you dont own the company when you are a staff member and you are in the public eye by being on a board you indirectly represent the company...

as i said macker seems like a good guy and i myself dont hold anything against outsourcing.. but i can understand fris's and other peoples views because how the staff have approached and also contacted people and so forth...

WTF do you think is funny? I dealt with your company before. Lets see where to start.

1) The rep as 19, and acted that way.

2) I was asked for payment in full, before completion of project, over 20 times. Before said project was started, we agreed 1/2 upfront, 1/2 when completed. It was fun being asked, continually, for payment when that wasn't what was agreed apon.

3) Project was for a simple banner. Banner lacked creativity, and the images were ripped off.

Want me to continue? I think your response shows the exact reaction I am talking about.

I don't take it as an insult, all critism is taken constructively as yours is and will only serve to improve the way we conduct ourselves.

I never claimed we were perfect and got it right all of the time, and your example is one such time. Although this has now been addressed with the sales member in question, and lets say she has calmed down somewhat.

Point taken, sales reps DO represent me and anybody else connected to this company and I think sometimes they get caught up in the way things are thrown about on this board. Nevertheless, at times I have seen elements of unprofessional behaviour that WILL be addressed.

I don't mind people picking up on these elements, what I do object to is when people attempt to judge us in our entirety based on these single events. I KNOW we do good work 95% of the time, and 5% when we do not, we don't run away but correct the problem and are accountable for what we do.

Read the thread title. If you know anything about the way things are done on this board you will know that thread jacking is bad practice and only serves to diminish your image.

If you need the business so badly, start your own thread. Otherwise, refrain from making a fool out of yourself. Anybody SERIOUSLY considering outsourcing would now have put you into a category of "do not touch".

Fris, read the post made by the guy that started this thread. He wanted to hear what you KNOW about us, not just laugh like its a joke.

This is NOT the first time you have attempted to slam us on this board, judging a company on a single event does not amount to an objective opinion, only when you judge a company in its entirety will you reach a credible evaluation.

For the record, the gentlemen that owns the program in your sig, this board and adult.com would disagree with you.

His opinions however, are based on a continued working relationship with us rather than a single conversation with a low ranking sales member.

If you are at all unsure and would like references from those who have actually worked/working with us, no problem at all. There are many who have lots of good things to say about us.

As stated earlier all design work was fine by me. You do have to tell them what you want done though, not just "make me a banner". :2 cents:

We did have an instance of that long ago where an employee copied a design and we fired the employee and gave the client a replacement design and an extra one at our cost not his.

Since that expericance we learned to put systems in place to STOP this happening again.

You may judge us by one experiance that went wrong, we openly admit it and have done many times on the board regarding this same matter and for the record this happend ONCE - we took responsibility for our actions and we fixed the issue at our expense not the clients.
