Don't go through any agency, especially if they are run by foreigners. You will pay way more than you have to for nothing.

Your best bet is to run an ad in the local papers, be specific and you will have no trouble getting girls. We had an ad for some webcam girls for one project, the ad ran 3 days and we had over 80 interviews :winkwink:
