Anybody know anything about the Dallas area? I think I found a gem of a house there.

You dont want to do porn in cobb county or gwinett. Fulton county is the safest

Dallas is a nice area - one of the more rural of the 'burbs. You can get a lot more house for the money and still be "near" the city. It's in Paulding County.

I found a 4 bedroom house, 1 car garage, with a front shaded porch and back deck, fenced yard, "bonus" room, for almost $900 a month. 1900 sq ft, Alarm, Fireplace, 2.5 baths, and a stream down the hill past the fence in the backyard. Two blocks from where my kids would go to school. Unbelievable!

Does it include " drive-by shootings " ????

I seriously doubt it, lol. Not that violence and drive-bys are a singularly racial issues, but the minority percentage is like, less than 5% and there are less than 6,000 residents of the town.

That sounds about right. Apartments and all rentals are REAL cheap due to the low interest rates.

We're in Weeki Wachee, FL...it's about an hour north of Tampa.
We have four kids, so we don't get out much anyway, lolol.
We're looking for a big lifestyle change...we've made a lot of changes already, but it's hard when all your friends are young, with no kids, and have no inclination to make the same changes. We think a fresh start will help our family.

Depends on what you're doing. I was in adult for 6 years in Cobb, Gonzo's in Cobb and Hellpuppy and Richard N. Bush are in Gwinnett :)

Ive been doing adult for 11+ years in Cobb.... Ill let me other 2 FFNs speak about their experience.

Dallas is a nice quiet area thats growing.....if its a nice place Id get it.
