Dumb question, but where do i register to vote?
 

last time they had the election was the first time i could vote, and at the time i didnt care. this time i clearly want to vote for kerry. so where do i register?

Loads of places. City Hall for one. Usually where ever they issue marriage licenses. Here you can even register where they issue driver's licenses.
