I used to tease my sister that she was in love with him. She loved Pee Wee's playhouse but if you see the older videos of his Pee Wee's Playhouse stage show it wasn't at all for kids. I bet that was odd for him to have to tone it down and suddenly be a kids idol.

I still think Pee Wee's Big Adventure is a classic (I need to get the dvd if it is out). Who didn't try to do the Large Marge eyes?

I loved PeeWee's Playhouse. I like PeeWee's Big Adventure too, but my favorite movie of his is BigTop PeeWee. I got a kick out of it.

His laugh is in the latest Eminem single it has peewees laugh sampled and as i am typing this it is on radio.

i actuallly remember seeing a few of the old stage shows nothing like the kids television show some of you grew up to.. he was kind of a funny guy

it was simply the most creative kid's show in the history of television---and adults could watch it and get a laugh because of a lot of the scripts were tailored to appeal to adults---it's just the little kids got it one way, and the adults got it a different way.

it was a blast, and i predict pee wee will be back.
