Best places to look for jobs (other then Monster) ?

Anyone here know of any websites such as Monster, Hotjobs that are good to seek for employment?

Here's another question, what are the worst jobs ever you can get working in the IT field?

I just graduated with a degree in computer information systems and am trying to find a job but I still have no clue what position I really want. anyone got any tips?

dice.com is good for tech jobs.

And I would think that phone support would be a living hell.

I was gonna say craigslist and dice so looks like you are covered. Also the major paper for your area - Washingtonpost.com for example has great locally focused career sections with search agents and alerts and so on.
