do you think DWB exists?

for those who dont know what DWB is its driving while black...its a popular unwritten law in the states and it seems expecially prevalant here in So Cali..even with all tags legit they love pulling over the negros

Sure. In the same way that they pull over young people in nice cars or people that they think aren't from the neighborhood or a gremlin with pink floyd stickers.
