what does your sockstat output how many users connected to your webserver say.

kali# sockstat | grep httpd | wc -l
944

# sockstat | grep httpd | wc -l
1034

Just 252 on the server that's currently open. Probably a little higher on the TGP server but not opening it to check :glugglug
