Whats your opinion on using wmv format vs. mpeg format for your vids?
 

When I export as a mpeg1 then a 7 second video is 1.6 megs and that too much.
If I so it as a .wmv format then its only 300 KBs which is way lighter and saves a lot of bandwith and download time.

Do mgp's accept wmv formats? and do members say anything about trouble viewing wmvs?

I use .wmv as a personal preference. The file sizes are smaller and they can be downloaded...which my members really seem to like.

Is it for paysite of for galleries?

do you think I should use wmv's for the galleries then the higher quality mpeg's for the paysite?

We also go with the wmv.

Saves lots of space on the server and bandwidth, as well as the fact that the clients like them that way.
