The government recently introduced a The Video Voyeurism Prevention Act, which would make upskirting a crime on a fedral property. It's been passed by the senate and awaits approval from the House. Officals hope it will encourage states to pass similar laws that will protect people everywhere.... :ak47:

Gesh, it is only preventing it if the female is unknowing and was not participating.
It is a big leap from shooting up some womans skirt without her knowing and showing clevage.

You shouldn't publish a photo of anyone's naughty bits on the web or anywhere unless you have their permission.
