Kerry actually called terrorism as we know it now a nuisance.

ANYONE and I mean ANYONE with half a fucking brain knows he's saying we need to get back to a point in our life where terrorists do not control it...that it's effect upon our lives have little or no consequence.

We knew they would try again...so why wasn't fear more pervasive then?
