...you mean a script to force popups on people running Google toolbars, etc.?

Scootermuze 10-11-2004 08:54 PM

Hover ad generator is rather interesting..

Ads drop down from the top of the page.. or other ways..

Supposed to be blocker-proof..

I don't found a solution against the new microsoft system update (SP2).... :(

Evil Chris 10-12-2004 05:36 AM

Since I hate popups so much...

Evil chris: this is what you do:
1) Go buy like 1 million post it notes.
2) write your ad on each one
3) every time someone visits your site, track down their ip address, go to their house, and put a postit on their monitor.

Hmmmm..
heard that many many times.. and all i see is it works ONE time and the blocker starts beating the popups.

JulianSosa 10-12-2004 10:29 PM

I have not see one code ever that beats SP2

Drudgereport is a mouse over not a pop up on exit

TurboTrucker 10-12-2004 10:30 PM

No code gets around Opera.

I was in Best Buy and they were selling a popup blocker for $30 :1orglaugh
