Opera was my fav. browser, but now Firefox took that role

c) extensions, tons of extensions from people working under the GPL license, this browser can be costumised any way you like with tons of addons, very easy to install, you just choose which one you like and they auto-install.. google Page rank is an addon extension for example
d) themes
e) no spam
f) fast loading
g) tabbed browsing
