I love this eating plan....
I'm eating shrimp scampi for dinner...
shrimp, garlic, parsley, parmesan, a bit of white wine and lemon juice, sauteed and served over pasta. Yummy! Best part is, my kids have no idea that they are eating low-carb pasta, and fat-free parmesan, and eating more healthy.:Graucho Eating for Life |
