If you are not happy with your conversions check the members area of the site you promote as well as the tour.

Not all surfers are stupid, dont think non exclusive content sells just as good as exclusive.

Webmasters who rip off surfers will end up ripping off affiliates its been proven over and over again regardless how solid anyone thinks they currently are.

Even PPS exclusive stuff will convert better, surfers are not as crazy as they where a year ago, people are getting the hang of things, thats one of the reasons recurring is down a bit too because:

A) broadband allows them to download everything
B) They know how to cancel right away

Thats why myself and many others are using DRM to help a bit with the recurring.

Here is the big problem, there are very few PPS programs that have exclusive content, so the sites that do are all over the net within 7 days of their release.
