You can do it yourself and save a few nundred dollars. You just have to get the forms and fill them out yourself.

Find the Secretary of State website for the state you want to incorporate in and the forms should be downloadable from there.

Before you use a third party site, try using the state site. Florida you can use I think myflorida.com, and do everything there for like 150$

This is to get a CCbill or Epoch account. I am in Canada so it's going to be more complicated. I think I need a bank account setup as well? Maybe check forwarding is good enough.

How long have you been using them? Are they a large company? Would Resident Agent Services and check forwarding be enough or do I have to setup a International Business Corporation?

I just paid a attorney to set mine up. Cost around $700 total here in Nebraska. Well worth it, I hate handling and filing out papers etc.

overall I think I'd have to recommend DE though...longer history on the books of very favorable biz laws, good privacy, no state taxes if you don't do biz 'in' DE (physical prescence) etc....

Talk to your accountant and lawyer, not GFY.

The forms to incorporate are super simple. Do it yourself and save hundreds of dollars. The services make money because they know most people are too intimidated and they think they need an attorney or other service to help them. If people knew how simple the process is these companies would be out of business.

Incorporate in your own state cuz the foreign corp franchise fee that you'll have to pay in state negates any NV advantages.. Avoid double taxation by forming an LLC.
