ive just disabled direct mail submitting of tickets now, so the emails will bounce back to you anyways

its pissing my support guys off cause they get notified of a new ticket and its some douchebag spam.

right, i know this, but they can put some includes in their spiders to filter out hosting companies, considering the emails theyre using are only used on our webpages, and i only get spam emails relating to webmaster resources, so its from this community.

nope they just pick a site and harvest all thats on it.. support@ and sales@ are always going to be a main chunk of that list :(

id instal one of those spam veri things.. so that the user has to respond to the email and enter a code before its passed through. Its a system that works very well

if support@ and sales@ of my domain are on any of your lists, could you remove them please

The point is, I shouldnt have to. Since the mailers are here on this forum, they can remove the email addys.

It doesnt matter anyways, I've blocked them for now and it bounces back.
