Everything but the title is an exact copy including my counter which is causing my stats to be fucked. I doubt the 200 domains with fake whois would be fun to put back up either but anyhow.

My pages were there too and there's still 300 some sites using exact copies of my shit. Wheeeeeeeeeeee

Everyone uses each other's cam girl layouts. Cookie cutter pages take 25 seconds to throw together, so who cares. The great thing about cam girls is they stay 19 years old for at least 5 or 6 years =)

I care personally. Also, looking over the law it seems they care too to the tune of every penny made from said pages and damages. Not only do I have every page I ever made archived of when they were published and dated locally I don't like C&D's so I would skip that step. :winkwink:

Ifriends images. Already checked, layouts count under copyrighted material. Uniqe text does as well. I'll become friends with a lot of GFY members I'm sure if I ever decide to file some paperwork in court.

So we're talking about the cam girl layouts with 99% ifriends images and the generic 19/female join my cam text on them, correct? On your original designs, I'm sure you own the picture copyrights as well.

I know why you are so defensive but it's useless. If my partner locally hadn't gone out of town last week I never would have made this post because it would have already been handled by other means.

BTW, your opinion on copyrights makes no difference, it is what is is.

Defensive? I'm just saying, you would need a lot of documentation to prove you are the original creator and own the copyright on the images of the cam girl pages I am referring to. I'm talking about 4-5 years of everyone from sponsors to grandmothers circulating and modifying the exact same pages. You would have to subpoena free hosts, sponsors and on and on, and hope that the "evidence" still exists to make a case out of.

I have nothing against copyright laws and people's rights, I'm all for it... but I'm talking about claiming rights to generic text and poorly set up HTML tables trying to get some poor sap to pay $5 bucks a min for a cam show that's not free. =)
