WHM does come with virtual accounts, and is especially useful if you have a reseller account.

if i could remember my pass from my account from 2002 i would do it in a sec...


as for not offering whm i know its a bit of an odd request... this is just for virtual... if i were to get a dedicated box i would have to go with my man poppy at jupiter :)
