It will take a while to grow on me,
The trunk deck still looks like something off a checkercab,the headlights still look like something Adam West would drive and the sharks fin is just plain stupid.

hahaha - the M5 is for the peeps with a bigger bank account :) The M5 has always been more powerful and always 'more car'. I had the current M3 and the outgoing M5 and there wasn't even a comparison and drivability and excitement, the M5 won hands down!

that's right but when i had all the money of the world i still choose the M3 because i think a M5 is just too big for me.

For my :2 cents: the M3 is more sportive then the M5 ( M5 = more classy)

Mercedes E55 AMG is almost as fast in a straight line to 100, but after that its over. And then I am not even talking about the twisties, cuz an E55 can't corner very well.

I agree 100% The outgoing M5 is probably the pinnacle of BMW design.Then with the arrival of Chris Bangle,the entire line took an awkward turn south.If the M5 had been available with the SMG last year i would've gotten it rather than the M3.

A 4 door sedan is more of a woman's car than a 2 door coupe. The M5 will be a nice car - for a rich soccor mom.

I love the BMW M series.. too bad I cant afford one.
