I agree with ya on this. dont want too firm. but you gotta get it just right. somebody should invent a machine that has a pressure meter on it. you could practice different grip pressures on it and it would give a read out.

What I really hate is when I shake a female's hand, and I don't want to get on her feminazi side, so I just give a regular handshake.

I never shake hands under any circumstances. Take into account the chronic masturbators, the unwashed urinators, the nose-pickers, etc. Even if a hand is extended, I just shrug and refuse to shake it. It's vile.

I always try and give a firm handshake look the person in the eyes and stand up tall and have my shoulders squared to them I find that's the best position for a first impression. Only problem I have is my hands are almost always a lot bigger than the persons i'm shaking and my hand seems to make thiers dissapear. But as long as you carry yourself well you will get greater respect...
