I'm looking for information on how to make a webcam network. It seems I've got one of two choices, so if anyone has any experience or knowledge in this sector, lets see some feedback.

Options:

1. Spend a lot of time and money on getting a customized solution built from scratch, and running and in-house operation.

2. Co-brand with a network already made, which subtracts the whole starting up from scratch part, but limits my overall freedom to run the solution my way.

-- Now, I'm especially curious to know if there is a solution that has already been made where I can focus more on the models and marketing structure, rather than the techincal and costly in-house operation software/hardware?
