Canadians, do you do any shopping in the US?
 

Was thinking of driving from Toronto to Buffalo to do some shopping.

Is it worth it?
Are the malls good?
Would it be better to go to Detriot instead?

It's never better to go to Detroit! LOL

I thought... bigger city = bigger selection.

It was great about 2 years ago.cheap beer and milk,gas.Now with our dollar on the rise people feel it isn't worth it anymore.

buffalo is a big city?

With the Canadian Dollar on the rise today, it would only make sense that it is worth it more now than it has ever been.

Ya, but online only... best choice, price comparison, no pressure sales etc.

I want to :) dollars high right now.. But everytime I shop on ebay I have all these ludacris customs fee's to pay

People still go to the US to shop? Christ, what's the point of the internet then?

Go for the trip it's a nice way to get out and relax a little...

Shop online, less hassle. Just don't ship with UPS ;)

shopping in the US ,is a great idea , you will have a greater selection for the items or things you need.
