epassporte pin not working
 

anyone else having problems with their epassporte card not working? ATM's say the pin is wrong (I know it's right) card won't work to buy stuff in store (always declined) and when I try and reset the pin in epassporte's control panel it says "there was an error changing your pin, try again later". I got plenty of ducketts on the thing, so WTF?

How long does it take them to respond to support emails in their system?

I just called them and my issue was solved in minutes. :2 cents:
