Need some opinions
 

i'm trying to build a tour for my site... but am lost... please visit this link and give me some pointers if you can. It's a pay site with live video photo sessions and lots of new still content added weekly plus i'm posting quicktime movies as well.

I get some traffic but not a great conversion so i'm sure the tour needed to be revamped.

IMO, everything meshes too much! Looks like a big honey comb with a picture and some words on it! I'd do a complete redesign if I were you.
Either a solid or gradient background with a nice tour layout would be better!

Trust me when I say you really need these!!

I think it looks pretty kick ass! You maybee just need more traffic to try it out some. Get the word out a bit. Add some more pages and tell the people exactly what it is they are getting!

Your site looks good...but it is a little busy...if you tone down the background a little I think that you may have a little more success...

I agree... if you keep what you've got there, ( cuz it does look really good) but try it on either a dark solid background or a nice gradient mix - it will do two things: tone down the overall visual noise and focus the surfers toward the center. Which is where you want that mouse to be!

I agree with the others that a solid background would look better.

At a resolution of 800x600 the background would look okay I think but in a higher resolution it's kinda too much.

I would also drop your trial to 2.95 and increase your membership to 19.95 and ADD CHECKS!!! (they are 3x more profitable the credit cards) and don't forget to have a European dialer (15% of your traffic is more than likely European and the #1 method Europeans use to look at porn is dialers.

Nobody is better than me!!

The 1st page is really good, cool graffix. Like what the other guys say, solid or gradiant background, on the 2nd page the pic
should be changed ( the first page is glamour and class) the second is amature looking, keep the same theme.
Add another page or 2 to the tour and tease the potential buyer, without giving them too much.
The join page seems segmented from the site try to keep it flowing.
Otherwise very cool !!
