Canned Spam Guidlines....Mailers Please Read
 

i have a couple lists that i want to mail. can anyone give me some good resource sites to read up on the canned spam laws and how to do it the RIGHT way. i'm not fucking around with the government at this point.

If you mail compliant (sexualy explicit in the subject blah etc.) you'll get filtered everywhere beside you're planing to get onto whitelists and are able to verify legal origins of the mails (true opt in / double opt in) in case complaints arrive :2 cents:

yes, we can verify, double opt in. i just want to do it right.

are their any web resources? i've done searches, but i'm not trying to decipher politician-ese. its too legal legal.

i'm guessing alotof people are still doing it illegally.

As long as an affiliate mails the stuff and he was deleted and it doesn't happen to often you won't end up at spamhaus :winkwink:

If you are serious about lots of legal mailings apply for whitelist listings at aol etc.
