I find myself highlighting text blocks over and over for no good reason.

I do that shit all the time... click between windows, hit reload in each window ... check out winamp, ah-ha, that song playing ... look at icq, nah, no one online ... fire up MSN, nope ... still dead, back to internet explorer ... hit reload a few times ... and so on ;)
